The calm after the storm

I took this photo a few weeks ago. It had been raining/snowing all day and then in the evening the clouds cleared and the result was a beautiful sunset Oh and I did take it through the window, so that’s what the odd frame is

Spring begins!

Long time no see! I apologize for the lack of posts, lots of work and schoolwork and rather bad time management is to blame I’m afraid Anyway, today’s photos are ones I took in Dublin over the last 2 weeks or so. Still very cold but  it is actually starting to feel (and look) a little less wintery out!

The  Christmas lights are finally up around the city! So nice, especially as it’s now dark by about 4pm. The streets look beautiful and very festive so I couldn’t resist taking a photograph. And including one of my favorite holiday quotes because….why not?
